SPIK Copilot (our chat assistant) and the technician-summary generator use AI to help you describe issues and to structure your intake.
AI does not diagnose your vehicle, quote prices, or authorize repairs. It does not provide unsafe electrical guidance, immobilizer or anti-theft workarounds, or emissions-tampering advice. A human technician makes every decision.
You can always reach a human — call (754) 268-9349. AI assistance is optional; the intake form works without chatting to the assistant.
