Board-level repair of engine control units (ECU/ECM) — power-supply failures, driver-circuit faults, communication loss, and damage from voltage events — as an alternative to costly replacement and dealer programming.
An engine control unit failure doesn't have to mean a four-figure replacement plus programming. Most failures come down to identifiable circuits: power supplies, injector or ignition drivers, communication transceivers.
SPIK diagnoses the ECU on the bench, repairs the failed circuit at component level, and verifies the unit before it goes back in the vehicle.
Assessments begin with diagnostic intake; final diagnosis requires physical testing by a SPIK technician. Quotes are provided after review, before any work begins.
