SPIK LLCnever edits the text of a customer review — not to soften it, correct it, or remove anything from it, under any circumstance. We either approve a review as written or decline it under the rules below. If a review contains personal information, we decline to publish it under the “contains-pii” reason; we do not edit it and publish a changed version.
A critical review is not a reason for removal. We would rather answer it in public. The only reasons we decline to publish a review are:
Our policy is to send the same invitation to every customer we invite to review us — here or on Google — whatever we expect them to say. We do not route happy customers to public reviews and unhappy ones somewhere quieter.
Review requests are sent by a person, not automatically, so this is a commitment we hold ourselves to rather than something the website enforces.
A “Verified customer” badge means the review came through an invitation link we sent directly to that customer. Reviews without the badge are published too — they just weren't submitted through that link.
